Q: How do I book an appointment to meet and discuss potentially becoming a client at Harrison TSI?
A: To set up an appointment, either call our office number +1(925) 939-3557 or send an email to john@harrisontsi.com. Please include your name, phone number and email, as well as a basic introduction into the kinds of services you are looking for..
Q: What accommodations do you have for people with mobility issues and the elderly?
A: The left side of my office has parking that is wheelchair accessible and does not require walking up any stairs to reach the front door.
Q: What kind of information or documentation should clients bring in to an initial consultation?
A: For our first meeting, you will need to provide your preferred personal contact information and be willing to share basic personal and financial information that is relevant to forming your future estate plans. If possible please bring important financial documents that help me better understand your personal situation and trust needs. I have a several versions of a questionnaire that I ask every potential client to fill out before our first meeting. Please email us so that we may send you the appropriate questionnaire.
Q: Are you currently accepting new clients?
A: Yes, however, I always limit the number of trusts and other client cases that I take on in order to give each a great deal of time and attention. If at any time I am unable to take on new clients, I will notify new contacts of this directly.
Q: Where do you practice law and do you travel to clients?
A: My office is in downtown Walnut Creek and that is the primary meeting point with clients, however I do travel to clients when requested, though it is more expensive as I have to charge for traveling time.
Q: Do you provide parking?
A: Yes! There is parking on both sides of the office exclusively for Harrison TSI clients and staff.
Q: How much does a first meeting cost?
A: Because I put a high value on both your time and my own, I provide a free 20 minute initial meeting with potential new clients. If the meeting goes significantly past the time allotted or if you have detailed, substantive questions that normally only your attorney would answer, then I will begin to charge for my time.
